"Mike, Carl & Dave built a double storey side extension to our house in 2013. Mike wasn't the first builder we discussed our plans with, but after our first meeting and speaking to neighbours who had used Mike in the past - he was our preferred choice. The competitive price sealed the deal. Mike and his brothers’ work ethic, quality, professionalism and cleanliness could not be faulted. With a young child in our house, keeping the site clean & safe was important to us. They all went out of their way to do this and built an excellent rapport with us and our daughter. When the build encountered minor setbacks (like sustained poor weather, or unexpected modifications enforced by Building Control), Mike would promptly contact us and we were able to have an open and clear discussion on any changes to the build time or small impacts to the budget. "Mike and his brothers built a 2 storey extension on my house in 2012. He came on a recommendation and I was very happy with his and his brothers' workmanship. Between the 3 of them they have the skills and ability to do the majority of the construction work and sub contract to trusted individuals. They stayed on site to finish the work and did not juggle my build with other jobs. I like to feel the three of them built me a home rather than a house. Mike in particular is very fussy about the quality of finish and did not cut corners and on some parts re-did the finish if he was not 100% satisfied. He understood the style and finish we wanted and came up with many worthwhile suggestions and minor alterations."
